Donation Request

In order to be considered for a donation the following must be completed and turned in at least four weeks prior to your event.
The submission of your request does not guarantee a donation.

Each year, our company allocates a budget to support non-profit community activities through donations. Because need exceeds our budget, we must fairly distribute our support to as many organizations and causes as possible, we do this by giving through a rotation system. If a request for a donation was filled within the past year, we must decline any request for this current year.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not make monetary donations or place ads in programs, yearbooks or similar items.
We do make donations in the form of flowers or a gift card. We will select the appropriate item based on the benefit.
